Ordering and payment

*Please allow at least 10 working  days for delivery. We do usually get orders dispatched much sooner than this, however if you do require your items in a hurry, please email us asap to check stock availability.

Your order will not be processed until your item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.

You are welcome to cancel your order at any time, up to the point of dispatch. After this you must follow our returns policy.

All items are subject to availability and all prices are subject to change.

Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when it will be available so you can decide what you would like to do.

Many smaller items are held in stock, ready for immediate dispatch.

We also offer many ‘available to order’ items on the site. Usually larger, specialist items. By doing this we are offering you a much wider range to choose from. However do bare in mind order items may take several weeks to be dispatched. If they are out of stock with the supplier we will issue a full and immediate refund.

At present we are not VAT registered. Thus all prices do not include VAT. This is subject to change, and notification will be posted on the website, along with our VAT number

Methods of payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards

Medieval merchant accepts online card payments only, through our secure payment form. We do not accept postal payments.
