Delivery
All delivery charges are within the UK. We do not sell to customers outside the united kingdom. Postage is dependant upon weight and in some cases, area. Minimum Delivery charge is £2.00
Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of your goods. Although we aim to deliver more quickly! All special delivery items will be sent out no later than 3 working days from receipt of payment (if items are in stock)

Recorded first class delivery is used for small and medium sized items sent to anywhere in the UK. This way we know if an item has / has not been received.

Special delivery is recommended for more valuable small-medium sized items within the UK Please note, if you choose not to use the special delivery option, we can only refund up to the first class insurance (£32) if your item if it is lost or damaged in the postal system.

standard parcel force is used for larger items sent to UK Islands and Scottish Highlands. Items will be insured up to full amount.

For larger orders, most mainland UK addresses (except for Scottish Highlands) are covered by courier service. Order as many items as you wish up to 25kg and pay only £8.50 carriage!
Please leave reasonable time before contacting us regarding missing items, and contact your local postal depot first to if it is there. Some postal workers do not always leave a card if they have not been able to deliver.
Returns
New goods
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it-

You must write / e-mail within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received, if you wish to return your purchase for a full refund. This is still true if you have phoned regarding a return, we must have ‘written’ notice. The goods must then be returned to us within 7 working days after we have received your written confirmation.

We do not have to refund items made or altered to your specifications (clothing for example) . This is up to our discretion.

Items to be returned at the customers expense in the condition they were received. Goods to be sent back in /with original packaging. All tags (if any), should still be attached, and item should have no obvious signs of use. Refund issued (minus postage), within 5 days of return if the above conditions are met we recommend you obtain proof of posting and suitable insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items missing once they have left your possession.
Pre-owned goods

You must write / e-mail within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received, if you wish to return your purchase for a full refund.. However refunds will not be issued for items returned because of defects already listed in the description.

All used items are listed as ‘pre owned’ and will show a slight degree of natural wear. Any obvious defects should be listed so please read item descriptions carefully. No refunds given for defects already made clear in the listing We personally recommend all clothing is washed as delicate, hand wash separately or specialist dry clean, especially if no wash label is visible.
